We first met Adrian Acuna through a mutual friend here in Costa Rica who runs a bed and breakfast while Tezzy and I were planning a trip to Manuel Antonio/Quepos. However, when the Covid-19 pandemic emerged, we had to cancel our trip. Several months later, in November 2020, we decided to start planning again and once again contacted Adrian’s company.

Unfortunately, on this trip, we will not be returning with Adrian because a friend visiting from Switzerland will be on holiday with us, so we’re hitching a ride back with him. We said our “goodbyes” to Adrian as he departed on his way back to the Central Valley.
